Strategic Management

The aim of this module is to equip learners with a critical understanding of the strategic role of the business environment in shaping organizational decision-making and long-term performance. Learners will evaluate the dynamic interactions between internal resources and capabilities, as well as external opportunities and threats across diverse sectors and industries. Emphasis will be placed on analyzing how micro- and macro-environmental factors influence competitive positioning, strategic choices, and business sustainability.
