The Management of Human Resource

The aim of this module is to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices involved in managing human resources within organisations. Learners will develop knowledge of the key functions of human resource management, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, and reward systems.
